Steal
Cheat
Kill
or Lie,
...
Anything
If
It
Prevents Goodbye...
It's all just a bunch of uncollected thoughts
But
Love...
...Lost and recovered
At all costs.

Did I mention that I'm a big fan of Cecilia Cheung?!?!
Anyway, it's my last day of holiday. Tomorrow it's back to school, back to deadlines. Argh... anyway last night was my ethnic design competition. pictures.

My partner and I outside NLB at the plaza. Haha... cuckoo costumes. I look super Cheena.

Yup ok. Nothing much, except Hafizah, Muz and I went back to PA to change back and get rid of all the make up and then back to Bugis again to shop! Yeay. Went to Bugis Street, saw nothing much, all cheap and low-quality stuff except for this shop which sold swimsuits, there was this really good quality reversable bikini but it was sooo exp. Decided against getting it cos how often do you wear swimsuits anyway!? Not like my family'd approve too.
We had Roti Prata Telur Cheese Mushroom for dinner. Hahaha.. I swear that place in Kallang is sooo good, and it was only 2.50! Then before we left, Fizah and I bought miniature perfume canters, mine was about 10 hers 17 cos she had more perfume. She got some floral scent while I got Miracle by Lancome in a roll-on bottle.
After that, I met my aunt and Uncle Keith at CHIJMES, this old building converted into a night spot, they were watching the MU game on the big screen at Bobby's. It was such a beautiful place, (minus away all the alcohol and noise, but it was 11 at night) and I had the BESTEST CAESAR SALAD EVER! It was so super duper yummy, I wolfed one down myself. It has sliced grilled steak on top, and the dressing is quite rich but the lettuce was perfect. So yeah, it was sooooooo soooooooo good. A teeny bit expensive though. about 12 dollars without steak, additional 4 for the yummy juicy medium-done meat. I swear, I am bringing my boyfriend to CHIJMES when he comes to visit me in April-June. And all my best friends too.

I also tried the Shirley Temple here. It tastes different, too much lime syrup here. It's meant to just have a bit of lime/lemon taste with the majority of the flavour still sprite and grenadine or cherry, at least thats how they do it in KL. The best one I've tried is still at Luna Bar. I still remember Nic's farewell... all of us must have downed at least 30 of those. Hahaha.... good stuff. I'm just not an alcohol person...
I need to go to the beach/swimming. I saw my horrible tan lines today, due to PC with our FBTs and short sleeved JJ polo tees, I have now a visible white line mid-thigh and elbow. Sighhhh... I need to even it out haha. Takers anyone?
Today I stayed home to do all my homework which I was supposed to do during the holidays but of course, due to procrastination I didn't. :P I did do alot of fun things this holiday though.

Just a shout out to Melissa Yeoh : I MISS YOU TONS and I know you're going thru some tough shit but I'm always here for you (virtually of course, there's alot of water between us) and I hope it blows over. Love you!!! Can't wait to see you again dear. Come to Sg the next time u return to KL ok!? I won't take no for an answer!!! Ok! I simply will not tolerate it if the next time I see you is at my wedding. GRRrrr. I'm that serious.

Another shout out to Alia : Thou shalt not be glum. There are people who love you, a few best friends are always better than many many surface friends, that's what I've learnt especially these few years. Anything, just give me a call. I'll always try to be available. Keep that gorgeous smile always. Huggies!

Friday: The last weekday of March holidays. Darn.. it's all over so fast.
I just came back home.
This morning we had a Lit workshop, which started at 9 and was supposed to finish at 12. However, I got locked in the house until 10 because all the house keys were missing and my set was all the way in Yio Chu Kang with my aunt, Then i raced to school and reached the lecture just as the clock struck 10.30. And then? Ms. Ng dismissed us H1 students. WHAT THE HEEEEECCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK I WENT TO SCHOOL FOR NOTHING.
Oklah, then my dahling Chris said 'no you did not, you came to have lunch with me!' hahaha. that sampat girl. So yes, that's precisely what we did. We had Subway for lunch, where we ordered the footlong and shared 3 cookies amongst us. There Shang Ning! I got subway cookies and you didnt! Muahahahaha. After that walk around... blah blah blah decided to go for mani/pedi for the first time. Turns out I had ingrown toenails and I didn't even know about it!
It was only 10 bucks for an express manicure and 15 for express pedicure, but then all they do is shape, buff, shine and paint. So Chris and I did the full/classic mani and pedi respectively, so while she was complaining about how short her fingernails was I soaked my feet in the basin. It was so cool. Now I know what they mean about feeling pampered when someone does your nails. They did like everything, scrubbed off all the dead skin, clipped away the ingrown nails, scraped off all the excess cuticles, put cuticle balm, foot and leg moisturizer, you name it. Too bad I couldn't paint them cos it came free, cos I was wearing school (covered) shoes. But Chris and I both agree that it looks really neat and clean now. Hehe... It cost $30.. but I feel so much relief now that the pressure/pain on the large toe is gone. Phew... haha. And the bottom of my feet are so soft now, I'm happy.
Chris painted her nails a soft baby pink with silver glitter. SO cute. Not what she'd usually do though... :P she's vowed for the 23984273723135th time not to bite her nails anymore.
After that, guess what. We went for Round no. 2! At Crystal Jade Kitchen cos we felt like siew long pau and that yummy pan-seared pork dumplings that my mom ordered the last time. YUM. :) what a bunch of fatties.
fatty! I am NOT!
yes you are!whatev. It was just dumplings anyway.
I think we entered almost every shop in Jurong Point and by then we were so bored, we decided to go home. ahaha.. and here I am, blogging, dreaming about Siew Long Pau and La Mian, and getting metally prepared for tonight's Ethnic Design competition rehearsal at the National Library. I feel so lazy... I don't wanna go and prance around in heavy costumes. I still have to shower and... ugh.
ZZzzz. I wanna sleep.
You know what? I feel like wearing my glasses to the rehearsal today. See what it feels like. Haven't worn my glasses out for YEARS. ^^
I wanna read Shopaholic and Baby! *crosses fingers that any Sg library will stock it soon*
Ok I think I'll take a nap.
Yup.
Bye.
Snore.

Top Ten Reasons Why I Love My Boyfriend:
1) Because he calls me everyday without fail, no matter which country or time zone I am in. (unless I'm in some kampung or ulu country with no reception or roaming)
2) Because he was God-sent when needed most.
3) Because he never fails to make me feel special. (princess alert!)
4) Because he's generous and never stingy with me.
5) Because he's so different from me, but understands and tolerates me all the same.
5) Because he's so clever, he knows never ever to get me a gift unless he knows or he's sure that it's something I'll like or I want ekekeke.
6) Because he's my secret hiding place.
7) Because he holds my hand when I'm in fear.
8) Because he always puts me above everything else. (almost)
9) Because he knows me inside out, nothing I do or ever will do is new to him.
and...
10) Because he loves me whole-heartedly and will do anything for me.
And THAT I know. When you've been with someone for almost three years, you just know all these things. :)
There are so many things that I would have posted up here, but for fear of boring my audience of: maybe three people, hehe I limited it to only ten. And some people just don't appreciate cheesiness sometimes. :P
I just felt like pouring out my feelings tonight before I went to bed.
You have pierced my heart to the core. And it's likely to stay that way always.*click*
Good night people. I hope you have as sweet dreams as I do. :)

A quick update:

Went over last week to Alia's house to chill. Had lunch at Sakae at East Point first, then we rented a couple of DVDs and bought two pints of Ben n Jerries. Only managed to watch one and eat one though :P Haha... Barnyard!!!!! :)
And I love Choc Chip Cookie Dough.

ADVERTISMENT!: I love the cheeks. Secret: Bobbi Brown Rouge Pot for Lips and Cheeks in Pink Truffle. Love it. Love it. Love it. I want it in Powder Pink, Pink Truffle suits Alia's skin not mine haha. Pretty expensive though, don't know if I wanna fork out the money.
Just before leaving for my final Chingay parade. Note the awful eyeshadow. And since i just couldn't have enough of my darling Alia, I went out for dinner with her again later in the week... to celebrate the coming of March Holdiays! hahahaha...

Ha! Lights! O, horrible! (I'm talking bout my eyebags... haha.. but Lit students would know what I'm talking about.) Yupp that's us shopping in Wisma Atria/Taka. We had Seoul Garden for dinner... SO expensive, so much meat. Hehe.. but had tons of fun as usual!!! Too bad the silly woman had a darn CURFEW and had to leave like at nine. *rolls eyes* Hahaha....
Well today I went to NTU and NUS Open Houses... It was okay. For some reason I got dragged into everything to do with Chemistry and Biological Chemistry. So weird. But I got all the brochures and got lots of nonsense freebies, so yeah. Came home, prepared dinner for my family, ate, and now I'm here deciding that my blog REALLY needs an update.
Current crave: A new bag for school/multi-purpose. I WANT THE LESPORTSAC WEEKENDER!!! And a new wallet. My stupid MCKY one tore at the seams. Waste of money... even though it was a gift from Aunty Mimi but technically that makes it even worse!
Crave dating back : Armani Code, play Final Fantasy IX again. I wish all these games would come out on PC!!! Sigh... nobody plays Playstation anymore anyway.
I've been going window and online shopping alot I guess, but I never buy anything cause I'm saving up for when I want to buy something BIG. Which is frustrating cos now I feel in desperate need of retail therapy. It sucks to have my card confiscated, but at least I've had a slight increase in allowance which is still ok.
So, YES! I GOT AN A FOR MY CHEMISTRY TESTTTTT!!! WOOHOOO!!! For like, the first time in my entire life. But I still failed my maths, which i know i would have cos I didnt study for, so it's not that bad I guess. Econs.. hopefully I passed, but Mr. Ho's a dick. He's so pissy everyday and he bitches to Siti about how disappointed he is with our class and whatnot... but in reality it's because of his poor attitude that we're all not paying attention to him and not responding in class. Don't know why he has to change his teaching style, things were FINE last year. Grr.. I hope this doesn't affect me in maintaining my grades that much.
I quit SYF. I can't do it... there are too many things that seem to be clouding my timetable and my aunts are just not happy. But I feel bad about it, I really wanted to join. Apparently, all my extra activities have to end by March-April. The only thing I have after that is emceeing I guess... and for this week and next week will be my Ethnic Design Competition by People's Association. So come people! Saturday 17th evening outside the National Library. You get to see us in traditional costumes designed by talents all over Singapore. And probably me in some bizarre coloured wig and 6-inch-thick-make up. I actually can't wait. Tomorrow Hafizah, Fadilah and I will be going to PA to rehearse, and for fitting etc.
I also said I wouldn't sing with Harrison for Talent Time. I feel kinda bad, but I know i'd just be cramping his style heehee. Hope he does well.
Apart from the extra classes on Monday and Tuesday, and Friday, I guess I have quite a bit to look forward to. Sits, Chris and I have managed to go out alot together these two weeks, n I'm happy about it cos last year we couldn't go out at all! Must be silly councillor duties. This time we're going all the way to the other side of the island which our dear Siti has not been for goodness knows how long. Yay! Can't wait can't wait.
Oh, and I promised Shaun and Megan I'd bring them ice skating as well.
Am recieving pics from Chris. HAhA i'm going crazy.

That's me and half of Sits in the JJ Library.

Reminds me of the times Dee and Sher n I used to take table pics. In uniform as well :P

That's us last year when I just came to Sg. Hahaha....

ZiLiang trying to strangle me with this extremely long tie. that guy has an extremely weird way of showing affection. "I want your blood"

Our dinner at Swensens. We wiped out our sundaes. It was a chore. :P

... But we did it.
And we are sooooo darn proud of it.
Last pic of the day: I swear. The coke cups are getting bigger and bigger. You just can't see my face anymore.

That about sums it up! Update again soon! :)
Loves.
